Property Modification (ACC) Requests:
Jill will provide the required form and can explain the process as well as providing status updates on pending submissions.
Complaints:
The neighborhood is driven monthly in an effort to maintain adherence to Deed Restrictions. Should you find something you feel is a violation, email Jill directly. She will investigate and handle the matter accordingly.
Camera Recordings:
In the event a crime is committed, homeowners must contact law enforcement to file a police report and notify the investigating officer that they need to contact our property management company to formally request any relevant recordings captured by the cameras. Recordings will be released directly to law enforcement.
